Escape from the downtown noise for an afternoon: get to know one of the most sought-after neighborhood of Budapest which tourists rarely find, and where peaceful streets suddenly continue in a forest, all this within the city borders! During just a 2hr long hike* we'll take a look on the hills of Buda from not one but two cute lookout towers.

All this while being in a dense, green, quiet forest with only the birds chirping.
Close the hike with a lángos** and some refreshments** just at the edge of the forest.
Important info about the hike difficulty:
The event is called a "mini hike" because it consists only of about 2hrs 15min of hiking, but it still includes dirt trails, sometimes rocky terrain, and steeper uphill or downhill parts. (Total distance: 6.76km, ascent: 307m, descent: 250m). It requires a basic level of physical fitness, and appropriate footwear. Make sure to
- wear appropriate shoes
- bring at least 0.5L of drinking water
- bring some little snack at least (e.g. 1-2 cereal bars)
- bring layered clothing because when going uphill, it can get hot for you, but at the top of the lookout towers it is windy
- also be ready to use Budapest public transport (country pass, Budapest pass or at least 2 single tickets)
